We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
This policy explains how returns and refunds work for purchases made through Showpings.com.
2. Return Window
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
If 15 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

4. How to Request a Return

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you received a free shipping offer, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (for a different size, color, or replacement), please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
We will provide instructions and confirm availability before processing the exchange.
